Our company specializes in the production of "Yanjin" brand medium and thick plate double-sided shear, fixed length shear, cutting shear, broken edge shear, large and small disc scissors, continuous caster blades, flying scissors, bar, bar scissors and other cold and hot scissors, cold rolls, high-temperature wear-resistant sliding blocks of heating furnace and other high-alloy steel series products.

The finishing section of the plate puts forward strict requirements for the cutting edge of spare parts. The raw general materials h13k and HMB have the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high toughness and high hardenability, and show excellent performance in use. In the use of medium and heavy plate, bar, deformed steel, cold strip rolling and large-diameter disc scissors, the cut of the sheared material is flat and smooth, burr free and long service life, which show the advantages of the new material scissors in varying degrees, so as to improve the shear quality and efficiency and reduce the labor intensity. at present φ 1300、 φ 1200 large diameter disc blades are made of high alloy and high strength materials, and the production technology is a difficult problem in China. In 2002, our company developed nickel chromium heat-resistant alloy to make heating furnace sliding block. When the service temperature exceeds 13000c, there is still no obvious change. It has the advantages of good creep resistance, strong oxidation resistance and long service life, and has entered the market smoothly.

For the discharge door of medium and heavy plate heating furnace, many domestic enterprises use steel plate parts and water cooling structure in the middle. The heat at the discharge port is large, and the cooling water takes away a lot of heat, which makes the energy consumption in this area higher, the service life of the furnace door is short, and the heat absorption of the first billet exported is very large, which affects the heating quality of the billet. With the continuous improvement of the output of the medium and heavy plate plant, this problem is more prominent. In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the heating furnace and improve the heating quality of the billet, our company designs and manufactures the non water-cooled discharge furnace door for the third plant of Shanghai Iron and steel group. The furnace door is made of heat-resistant steel and lined with high-temperature refractory fiber to ensure that the furnace door is not deformed and oxidized at high temperature, which meets the requirements of customers.
